After you’ve met with Over The Moon and selected your liquor package, please fill out this form to place your order. Once you submit the form, we will send you an invoice for your order which is due 6 weeks prior to your wedding date.

Select the package based on what you are looking to book for your wedding or event. Alcohol for the house will be included in each order form.
